▪        The operating system and unique identifier of your mobile device

▪        The geographical location of your mobile device, when the device’s location services function is active and you have authorized the Application to access it

The Application includes features allowing you to share certain content. If you share content that contains personal information, that information will become publically accessible.

Unless stated otherwise in this policy, the personal information we collect will not be sold, rented or otherwise shared with any third party without your prior consent.


The personal information we collect is accessible only to our managers and employees who require access to it for purposes described in this policy. The personal information we collect is also available to our clerks, agents or service providers to the extent that they require access in order to deliver services to you. The present privacy policy and all related activities are governed by the applicable laws of the province of Quebec and of Canada, and shall be interpreted consistently with those laws.

Any dispute, litigation or claim resulting directly or indirectly from the present privacy policy must be brought before a competent court located in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, to the exclusion of all other tribunals and all other jurisdictions.
