In order to allow you to use the Quartier des Spectacles application (“the Application”), Ingrid Ingrid Inc. (“we”) must collect certain information about users (“you”). The collection, use and transmission of personal information is governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada, and we must obtain your consent to perform certain operations. The purpose of this policy is to obtain your consent for the use of your personal information in the manner described herein.
The information we collect
We collect information that you provide voluntarily (for example by completing a form) either through the Application’s interface or by other means. This information may include:

▪ Documents or content that you upload
▪ All information that you send us via the application or by email
▪ Information transmitted via social networking sites or applications (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc.) when you interact with our profiles on these social networking sites or applications. These sites or applications have their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours and may be applicable.
We collect certain information automatically when you use the Application:
▪ The operating system and unique identifier of your mobile device
▪ The geographical location of your mobile device, when the device’s location services function is active and you have authorized the Application to access it
Some of the above information is not personally identifiable information and is not subject to certain obligations described in this policy, or to laws and regulations governing the handling of personal information.
Sharing of content
The Application includes features allowing you to share certain content. If you share content that contains personal information, that information will become publically accessible.

We store the information collected until you ask us to erase it or until our activities no longer require that we save it. However, we are not committed to storing the information for a specific period.
The information collected is stored electronically, on our server located in the United States, protected by data security measures commensurate with the sensitivity of the data.
Who can see your information?
Unless stated otherwise in this policy, the personal information we collect will not be sold, rented or otherwise shared with any third party without your prior consent.
The personal information we collect is accessible only to our managers and employees who require access to it for purposes described in this policy. The personal information we collect is also available to our clerks, agents or service providers to the extent that they require access in order to deliver services to you. These parties have agreed to protect the confidentiality of your information. We may also transmit your personal information if expressly authorized or required to do so by law, or if ordered to do so by a competent authority.
In the event of the potential sale or restructuring of all or part of the business operated by Ingrid Ingrid (a “Transaction”), we reserve the right to transmit the personal information we collect to the persons or organizations involved before and after the Transaction, whether the Transaction is completed or not. In this case, the persons or organizations will be required to agree to protect the confidentiality of the personal information and to use it exclusively for purposes of assessing the feasibility or desirability of the Transaction, and in a manner consistent with the present policy.
How can you access your information?

We will handle your request within 30 days of receipt, by allowing you to access your personal information in our files and by making reasonable efforts to correct any erroneous information or delete any of the information at your request.
